Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Minnesota. Most customers receive their order within 3–7 business days after it ships, although delivery times may vary depending on your location.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Charges
- Complete Kitchen Prep Systems and 2-Packs include FREE standard shipping within the United States.
- Single-tool orders have shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Backorders
We do our best to keep our products in stock. On the rare occasion an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll let you know promptly. Backordered items typically ship within 6–8 weeks. We'll keep you updated on your order's status until it ships.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship every order promptly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
