Return, Refund & 10-Year Guarantee

At Kitchen Club, we've been standing behind the products we sell for more than 11 years. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us. We believe in treating our customers fairly and standing behind every product we sell.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Because our products are used in food preparation, we generally cannot accept returns of products that have been used.

To request a return, please contact us at john@kitchen.club before sending your item. We'll provide instructions for returning your purchase if a return is appropriate.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged during shipping, contains the wrong item, or you believe your product is defective, contact us as soon as possible at john@kitchen.club. We'll review the situation promptly and work with you to make it right.


10-Year Kitchen Club Guarantee

We carefully select the products we sell and proudly stand behind their quality.

If your Kitchen Club tool fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship within 10 years of your purchase, contact us at john@kitchen.club.

After reviewing the issue, we'll repair or replace the product, or provide another appropriate solution, at our discretion.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or damage resulting from improper use.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company time to process and post the refund.
