Warranty & Support

Your Spiralizer & Peeler and Fruit & Veggie Shears are covered by Kitchen Club's 10-Year Warranty. Our paring knife and mini-mandolin are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If you're having trouble with one of your tools, please contact us before requesting a replacement. Many questions can be resolved with a quick tip, an adjustment, or simple maintenance. For example, the Fruit & Veggie Shears are designed to separate for easy sharpening, as shown in the instruction video.

When you contact us, please include:

  • Your name
  • The email address you used to register your tools
  • A brief description of the problem
  • A photo of the tool, if possible

We'll review the issue and get back to you as quickly as possible. If your tool is covered by warranty, we'll replace it at no charge, including standard shipping within the United States.
